When filming on the road it is very important to keep in mind how exhausting life can be, albeit exciting, while on the road shooting documentaries. We often find ourselves hiking dozens of miles in one day, sometimes well off the beaten path. Stay hydrated. Stay happy. Bring food. Bring supplies. Travel light.
